Karen Larsen is a talent solutions architect and broad-based Human Resource Management Generalist with 31 years of practical hands-on experience in the Human Resource industry. Karen has served business owners and other decision-makers as a strategic business partner linking human capital objectives and action programs at every level to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Karen's career has given her the opportunity to work in several industries including information technology, transportation, law, publishing, health care, education and government administration.
